We're looking for an outstanding SEN Class Teacher to join one of our SEN Primary Schools in the beautiful Channel Islands. This fantastic, well-resourced school offers a safe and supportive community that enables pupils to build caring relationships, regulate their feelings and behaviour, as well as to learn. In this exciting full-time supply role, you will teach Early Years and Key Stage One (KS1) pupils across all subjects. You will join a highly qualified team of specialists who pride themselves on providing a curriculum tuned to the needs of individual SEN pupils in an environment that is purposeful and secure. You will need comprehensive experience in an SEN setting, working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs. You will also need strong classroom management with a fun yet kind, nurturing and patient approach. This SEN Class Teacher role is to start on 3rd March until the end of the academic year.Skills and requirements:
- QTS
- The right to work in the UK
- DBS on the update service, or willing to apply
- Solid background in teaching with SEN/ALN experience
- Strong classroom and behavioural management skills
- Ideally be available to start 3rd March.
