Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly and year-end financial statements in compliance with relevant legislation
- Handle VAT returns, tax computations, and support with audits
- Produce management reports and provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L statements
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Provide support for financial planning and strategy development
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills
