Job Purpose- Leading and developing the firm’s tax advisory and compliance services
- Managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest level of service
- Mentoring and leading a team of tax professionals, helping them develop their careers
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Playing a key role in business development, securing new clients, and expanding the firm’s tax offering
- Working closely with Partners and senior leadership to shape the firm’s long-term tax strategy

The ideal candidate will:
- Be CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with significant tax experience in practice
- Have strong technical expertise across business and corporate tax
- Demonstrate leadership skills, with experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships
- Have a commercial mindset, capable of identifying and securing business opportunities
- Be strategically focused, with the ambition to take on a full Partner role in the near future
