Job Title: VAT Accountant
Location: Independent school, Waltham Forest
Salary: Up to £55,000
We are seeking a VAT Accountant to manage an independent schools's transition to VAT registration and ensure ongoing compliance. You will oversee VAT returns, advise on financial impacts, and implement VAT-compliant processes. The ideal candidate will have VAT accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-financial staff. This is a key role in shaping our school's financial future. Previous experience in the education sector would be welcome but isn't essential.
