Description

* Prepare timely account settlement and accurate account reconciliations.* Support the production of monthly management information for internal and external parties.* Production of monthly statements and payments.* Ensure accurate processing of income into the system.* Post cash and insurance Income.* Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues and queries.* To support the accurate and timely operation of the office purchase ledgers and process staff expenses.* Bank any cheques received on an ad hoc basis as required.* Responsible for credit control - Preparing chasers and dealing with accounts on stop.* Responsible for accurate completion of the cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.* Follow financial policies, procedures and controls and assist in their development so as to ensure that they conform to generally accepted accounting principles and meet regulatory requirements.* Maintaining Daily Cashflow.* Credit card reconciliation.* Prepare ad hoc reports as required by management.* Support Year End Audit.

Profile

  • Candidates should have experience within a finance role
  • May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Team player
