This supportive, fast paced tech firm within the health and care sector, is looking for an Assistant Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is to support the finance team in the processing of the day to day finance function while supporting the wider business. The role includes but is not limited to

            Bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations

 

  • Key Finance contact for DepenSys, including:

Monthend journals Deferred revenue Accruals Bad debt provision ARR reporting

 

  • Ensuring billing is correct for new customers and any changes to existing customer

 

 

  • Support with the maintenance of the Accounts inbox to ensure customer queries are responded to and resolved on a timely basis

 

  • Audit support and request completion

 

  • Documentation of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for all owned processes

 

  • Training of a ‘buddy’ to support with cover when on annual leave

 

  • Ad hoc requirements to support the business

The role requires someone process driven, who enjoys working in a fast paced envirornment, with strong Excel skills and experience on Xero, NetSuite, Stripe and Online Banking. Please get in touch if this sounds like you.
