Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them in a professional manner.
  • Process sales orders, raise invoices, and manage credit control.
  • Assist with purchasing invoices, staff expenses, and payment run lists.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, schedules, and office supplies.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and memos.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • 1 year administrative experience (preferred).
  • valid Driving Licence (preferred).
  • GCSE or equivalent education (preferred).
