This is temporary contract with high potential for extension
Kenton Black Scientific is a recruitment partner to a scientific laboratory based in Guildford who are looking for an administrative assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsible for adding data in to the system
Duties will include answering client phone calls, emails and passing to the right department within the Guildford site
Chasing test results and handling sensitive patient data.
Inform with external clients regarding purchasing requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in working within an administrative or customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT
Excellent presentation, communication and written skills
Excellent experience time management
