Our client is seeking an Administrator to provide efficient, professional support across multiple teams within a busy consultancy environment. This role involves a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties and is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business functions.

Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls, messages and enquiries across all offices
- Providing administrative support including document formatting, typing and collation
- Assisting with general project administration
- Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing communications
- Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Supporting the archiving of company records
- Coordinating various internal processes and documentation
Administrator Experience and Skills Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Commitment to continual improvement
- NVQ in Business Administration or similar
- Background in a professional services or consultancy setting
- Familiarity with CMap (or similar) software
- Follows procedures and uses initiative to improve ways of working
- Communicates effectively and professionally
- Builds strong working relationships across teams and with external contacts
