Position: IFA Administrator

Location: Guildford, Surrey (3 days per week working from home)

Minimum Requirements: 2 years’ IFA administration experience; Strong platforms knowledge; Intelligent Office experience

Salary/package: Up to £35,000 + bonus + 25 days' AL + pension (6%, 6%) + study support + IP + DIS + career progression + free parking

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the firm’s Head of Administration, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:

  • Producing and updating client portfolio reports through the back office system.
  • Assisting in annual review preparations and working closely with paraplanners and advisers.
  • Speaking to insurance companies and providers, obtaining information on clients’ plans.
  • Assisting the team with business processing to include areas such as; implementing fund switches on client’s portfolios, setting up new investments and pensions for clients etc.
  • General administration for the team.
  • Updating and ensuring accuracy of the company database and computer based filing system.
  • Point of contact internally for queries on our phone system and electronic filing system; Virtual Cabinet.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ IFA administration experience
  • Strong platforms knowledge
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office

REMUNERATION / PACKAGE:

The package for the IFA Administrator role is as follows:

  • Up to £35,000 salary (depending on experience)
