They are looking for a friendly and mature Lettings Administrator to join their small collaborative team. Previous experience within the property industry is not essential as training will be provided. Personal specification:
ā¢ Some experience within lettings administration would be preferred but is not essentialā¢ Strong administrative skillsā¢ IT literateā¢ A flair for communication, with strong verbal and written skillsā¢ Strong organisation and time management skills with excellent attention to detailā¢ The ability to work independently and as part of a teamā¢ A full driving licence and your own car would be preferred.
The salary will be in the region of Ā£25,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.30pm. Our client is willing to consider someone on a part-time basis (salary will be pro-rataād in this case).
