Job description

  • Act as the first point of contact for all client communication, ensuring a top-notch service experience
  • Manage a busy phone line and meet daily SLA expectations.
  • Update client records, upload documentation, and respond to queries with speed and precision
  • Support national account relationships and update them on orders and project logistics
  • Oversee shipping and logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell additional insurance services
  • Maintain audit-compliant documentation in accordance with GDPR
