Location: Guildford, Slyfield Estate
Salary: Up to £29,000 + £2,400 annual bonus + excellent benefits

Job description
- Act as the first point of contact for all client communication, ensuring a top-notch service experience
- Manage a busy phone line and meet daily SLA expectations.
- Update client records, upload documentation, and respond to queries with speed and precision
- Support national account relationships and update them on orders and project logistics
- Oversee shipping and logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Spot opportunities to upsell additional insurance services
- Maintain audit-compliant documentation in accordance with GDPR
