  • Technical Property Information: Skilled in compiling technical property information for legal cases, formal complaints, and enquiries, collaborating with Housing, Technical Services, and Customer Resolution officers.
  • Administrative Support: Experienced in right to buy and leasehold management, supporting the Leasehold & RTB Specialist, and providing administrative support for specialist contracts (gas maintenance, electrical compliance, fire risk assessment, Legionella, etc.).
  • ICT Proficiency: Strong ICT skills with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Legislation Compliance: Proven ability to understand and comply with property management legislation and regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Solid understanding of data analysis, handling complex cases, and providing multi-disciplinary support.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective in managing information from contractors and residents, and working as part of a team delivering front-line services.
