Description
- Record and Monitor student attendance
- Send letters to parents regarding attendance
- Make telephone enquiries
- Work with the SLT to track and monitor attendance
- Manage student records and data.
- Work with external facilities on lettings of school property
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures
Profile
A successful Temporary School Administrator should have:
- A good understanding of office practices and methods.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school administration software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of discretion for both business and personal affairs.
- Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
