This exciting Sales Account Executive role is a key position within the team, focusing on sales growth through telephone/email and we are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual who will develop and nurture relationships with our existing and potential clients.

My client is seeking a dynamic candidate with a pro-active attitude and interest in the Beauty Industry who will primarily focus on warm business, keeping touch with, sales-administrative tasks as well as outbounding calling, note taking and client activity monitoring!

Description

The successful Sales Account Executive will:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing, warm customers
  • Develop strong customer relationships through proactive and proficient responses in all communications
  • Support company initiatives to promote a best-in-class customer service and an inspired and personal attitude
  • Proactively support the Business Development Field team by contacting partners for promotional activities/event assistance, aiming to retain partner and generate new business
  • Consult and update the team on updates regarding particular customers
  • Identify sales opportunities and follow up with respective customers
  • Be efficient and have great attention to detail
  • Process incoming orders and payments
  • Complete Sales Administration tasks
  • Increase order value where possible!
  • Educate customers around products + promotions (training provided)
  • Deal with any customer enquiries/issues from all channels
  • Correspond to 3rd party suppliers to fulfil orders

Profile

The successful Sales Account Executive will:

  • Demonstrate excellent consultative SOFT skills
  • Be motivated to achieve targets and earn commission (up to 15%)
  • Customer Service + Sales experience
