*Overseeing a team of engineers and technicians ensuring they deliver on the project
*Overseeing 1 estate with between 30-60 buildings ranging in size
*Further training such as IOSH and NEBOSH

*Previous M&E or Hard FM Experience
*Holds a UK Drivers License
