I am looking for an ambitious and talented Architectural Technologist with a passion for Architecture to join a well-established team in Guildford. The RIBA-chartered company has offices across the UK and work on a range of education, retail, leisure and healthcare projects of all scales. The team always ensure client expectations are exceeded whilst being sustainable and within budget.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient experience post qualification and will have experience working on retail projects. You should enjoy conducting site visits and have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Conduct site visits
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
- Retail experience is beneficial
- Must live within a commutable distance to Guildford
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
