Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing company looking for a detail orientated and proactive Sales Administrator within a fun, but extremely faced paced environment.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support the sales team and act as a vital connection between the business and its customers. Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of the administrative side of the sales process while delivering first class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, processing of orders, deliveries, repairs, warranty claims, and general inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls, delivering professional and courteous responses.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process new orders efficiently.
  • Address invoice queries and manage credit or refund applications when required.
  • Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases where necessary.
  • Handle information requests and support internal teams to enhance the customer journey.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Experience in generating customer quotes and managing order processes.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and general IT applications. (Ideally SAP)
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
