If so, you may be the perfect candidate for the Customer Services Executive role at our award-winning insurance client, based in central Guildford.  

As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, customers, brokers, and underwriters. You will also handle new business quotations, queries, mid-term adjustments, and issuing existing renewals.

In this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

No previous office experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided.
