Summary:

Do you have experience of working within an Energy Consultancy or TPI? Our client, a growing Energy Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Metering/Customer Service professional with expertise in portfolio management and end-to-end customer support. You will be responsible for onboarding customers, preparing tenders, handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests, resolving objections and terminations, managing meter installations and removals, and addressing MOP & DCDA related cases. If you have experience working in the energy sector, are skilled in data analysis and possess excellent communication skills - APPLY NOW!!!

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing customer portfolios (excluding sales) from onboarding to completion
  • Setting up customers on internal CRM
  • Prepare customers for tender
  • Manage relationships with customers and supplier to handle queries
  • Handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests
  • Resolving objections and terminations
  • Managing meter installations and removals
  • Addressing MOP & DCDA-related cases

Skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Energy market - working for a utility supplier or consultancy
  • Understanding of Energy account management processes - contracts/COT/MOPs/DCDAs
  • Hardworking and reliable with experience of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, are analytical, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal, and organisational/time management skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
