Key Responsibilities - Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing ManagerSocial Media Management• Develop and implement comprehensive social media and e-commerce strategies.• Create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.• Drive audience growth and engagement, directly translating activities into sales.• Regularly visit store locations for localized content and campaign collaboration.• Define Social Media KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.Collaborations with Agencies, Media, and In-house Marketing• Monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury e-marketing landscape.• Work with external agencies to optimize Google Ads and develop paid advertising strategies.• Oversee website enhancements, ensuring platforms are user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.• Collaborate with SEO agencies on keyword targeting and content priorities.• Act as the primary liaison with PR agencies to maximize media exposure through various channels.• Build relationships with influencers, celebrities, and TV production teams to amplify promotions.• Manage and improve the company’s app in collaboration with app designers.• Create copy and supply imagery for advertorial campaigns and blogs.• Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage customers, including abandoned cart initiatives.• Monitor customer reviews on platforms like Trust Pilot and Google, responding as necessary.

Additional Information - Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager• Location: Based in Guildford, with regular visits to other locations.• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional weekend or extended hours.• Annual Leave: 28 days (including Bank Holidays), increasing by one day per year of service, up to 33 days.• Salary: Dependent on experience.• Bonus: Eligible after 12 months of service.• Pension: Auto-enrolled company scheme.• Other Benefits: Staff discount (conditions apply), Long Service Award.
