ClaimCenter Business Analyst Lead - ConfigureGuildfordUp to 80,000 D.O.E My Client requires a Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise as a ClaimCenter Business Analyst Lead for the Configuration Stream. Join a dynamic team supporting major brands and engaging in transformative projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and define business requirements, focusing on process flows, business rules, and user interface changes.
  • Understand customers' business objectives and validate current processes and KPIs.
  • Define target operating models and key performance indicators.
  • Identify configuration opportunities in Guidewire OOTB.
  • Create product rollout and data migration strategies, and assist in change management and business case preparation.
  • Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and process modeling techniques (UML, Miro).

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Guidewire.
  • Proven leadership in requirements gathering for ClaimCenter implementations.
  • P&C Industry Certification.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • ACE or Professional Certified Guidewire Professional.
