Role -
We're on the hunt for a driven, ambitious and successful Account Development Director to join our stellar account management NHS sales team. In this fast-paced, entrepreneurial role, you'll sell our market-leading Digital Transformation solutions to C-level executives within our current customer base. If you're ready to expand penetration into our existing customer base of 60+ NHS accounts and growing, this role is perfect for you.
Your day-to-day will include researching NHS Trusts and the wider NHS to grasp relevant issues, challenges, and necessary solutions. A key part of the role involves upselling our platform within accounts across multiple departments and stakeholders. You'll also be developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and reference centres to leverage these connections across the NHS.
Applicant -
- 3+ years SaaS software solution sales experience
- 3+ years working within the NHS, selling at C-Suite level
- Ability to work closely in an internal team on increasing market share in current customers and construct complex solution propositions across multiple departments/stakeholders
- Proven successful sales experience
- Enjoy working and taking pride in achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to chase down deals
- Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close)
- Ability to work under pressure with a diligent and consistent work ethic
- An outgoing personality, determined attitude, good listening skills and a drive to be the best
- Must be PC literate, able to write professional business emails and compelling proposals • _Familiarity using CRM systems (preferably Sales Force)
- An understanding of selling to the NHS
