Mann McGowan -Providing life saving products for 50 years is seeking an enthusiastic, driven Business Development Executive to join our small friendly team in Aldershot.
Business Development Executive (Internal)
Initially an internal based role with opportunity for future progression into external sales role for right candidate.
This is very much a pro-active role, successful candidate needs to demonstrate ability and desire to engage with customers and prospects particularly on telephone.
Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager
Primary Functions
Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying opportunities to sell the companys products and services to new customers in assigned markets.
Account Expansion: Identifying and qualifying further opportunities to sell the companys products and services into existing assigned customers.
Responsibilities
Pro-active engagement with customers primarily through telephone and email.
Optimisation of CRM system for reporting, sales pipeline.
Research to identify potential new customers or distributors.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to share insights gained during prospecting and sales activities.
Arrange introductions for Sales Manager with prospective clients.
Ensure seamless customer transitions to Sales Manager.
Accountabilities
Achieve sales prospecting KPIs.

Full, clean driving licence - free on site parking
Right to work in UK
Requirements/Training
No previous experience of products/industry necessary as full on the job training is provided, opportunities for courses provided by linked industries.
Experience and desire to work within sales is a must.
Hours
Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 8am-4pm - 30 min lunchbreak
25 days holiday per year plus UK bank holidays, shutdown at Christmas
