An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our client’s team on a full-time basis as an Administrator. Looking after the service and retention of the company’s client bank, this role is integral to the success of the team.
There is also added scope for future progression to Account Manager for the right candidate.
This is a Guildford-based hybrid role and travel will be required into London once a month.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional administration service to a range of clients. Other duties will include:
- To service and renew all new and existing policies in a timely and professional manner, including distribution of renewal documentation, chasing payments, general administration, confirming and tracking underwriting requirements.
- To ensure the smooth running and timely renewal of clients through clear communication and information gathering with/from clients and any other relevant parties.
- To manage and maintain database for clients and update client on regular basis as required.
- To run the day to day administration of schemes, including leavers/joiners and any queries members/HR may have.
- Maintenance of an internal database
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Must have experience within insurer environment
- Must Demonstrate strong product knowledge concerning Income Protection, Life Assurance and Private Medical Insurance
- Positive attitude, displaying an easy to work with manner and have a can-do mentality
- Exceptional Client Service skills
- Self-motivated and have the drive to get things done, but also be a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and able to prioritise your workload.
