The hotel is home to a modern British restaurant and offers 40 luxurious appointed and individually designed bedrooms as well as stunning spaces for functions and events.
They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team here and ensure that the hotel is consistently running to the expected standards.
As Maintenance Manager you will:
- Ensure building maintenance is consistently maintained by keeping on top of maintenance
- Respond to upgrades and repairs as and when they are required
- Cover all aspects of maintenance including plumbing and electrics
- Provide expertise and service across the entire hotel operation
- Liaise with the Housekeeping and Engineering Coordinator in order to prioritise necessary jobs and repairs
- Act as a rapid response resource to reported faults and emergencies and perform planned preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure minimal downtime of operation equipment
- Be expected to work well as part of a team and have the initiative to also work alone, consistently delivering the highest standards
