We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our clients team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the facility, assisting with general maintenance, and providing essential support to the facilities management team.
Key Responsibilities:? Assist with daily facilities operations, including room setups and basic maintenance
? Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met
? Support staff and visitors with facilities-related inquiries
? Carry out routine checks and report any issues promptly
? Maintain supplies and assist with stock management
? Adhere to health & safety guidelines at all times
? Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or similar support role preferred
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Good communication and organizational abilities
? BPSS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
