Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a fast-growth international business, based in Guildford, in their search for a Finance Operations Manager on a 6 month contract.
Salary - £70-80k p/a
Hybrid working - twice a week in Guildford
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design and implement robust financial systems and controls.
- Manage workflows and integrate financial reportingÂ
- Streamline invoicing and expense management
- Support hiring and onboarding processes for future finance team members.
- Managing a team of two across payments and treasury
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, ACMA/CIMA
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Experience with rebuilding processes and controls
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
