Experienced Carpenter required for work on a large over 55s social housing contract in the Guildford Area.

Permanent position on a salary of £35,840 per annum + van and fuel card with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career.

Carpenter Day to Day:

Maintenance and repairs on occupied social housing for the over 55s.
Completing a range of carpentry tasks varying daily
Driving to jobs in your designated area
Writing up about your work
Reporting to a Supervisor

Carpenter Requirements:

Good carpentry experience
Previous experience working in social housing
NVQ in Carpentry (desireable)
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
