They are a small, independent café and pride themselves on offering high quality food and service.
They are open 8am-4pm Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays). They work with fresh produce to deliver quality homemade breakfasts, brunch, lunch, desserts and cakes.
The Senior Chef de Partie role involves working with the team to make sure daily and weekly prep is completed, cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety systems. They are a small team and chefs work across all areas of the kitchen.
As the Senior Chef de Partie you will:
Have at least 4 years kitchen experience with strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for food and consistently high standards
Be familiar with food safety regulations and best practices
Be a strong team-player and able to follow instructions
Be able to build a good rapport with the kitchen team and front of house staff.
Hours:
-40 hours per week
-Working 5 days - Tuesday to Saturday (with Sunday & Monday off)
-Working hours are between 8am-4pm
