Job Title: Hands-on IT Manager / Technical Consultant

Location: Guildford / Remote / Hybrid

Salary: £50,000 + Car allowance

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various IT needs for our clients, instilling confidence and delivering a comprehensive service. The role will require some travel to client sites in the London/Surrey area, with the rest of the time spent working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and visit them regularly
• Provide hands-on technical support for IT Infrastructure, Wintel, and Cloud systems
• Ensure a wide-ranging IT skillset and the confidence to use it
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• A senior hands-on individual with a strong and diverse IT Infrastructure/Wintel/Cloud skillset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
