Managing Director - The Role:
As the Managing Director for the UK, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, responsible for steering the business towards continued growth and success. This role is perfect for a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus across all sales operations.
Managing Director - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion in the UK
- Ensure a customer-focused approach is embedded across all sales and operational functions
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the international parent company to align on global strategies and objectives
- Oversee multiple office locations across the South of London and South East, ensuring operational excellence
Managing Director - You:
- Proven Leadership Experience: You have a track record of successfully leading and growing businesses, particularly within the installation and servicing industry
- Industry Expertise: Experience with products such as automatic doors, gates, and lifts is highly desirable
