My client who are within the Asset Management industry are seeking a hardworking candidate to join their internal sales support team. As an Internal Sales your mission is to support the sales team in answering any sales queries, carrying out the sales process, liaising with resellers and much more. To apply for this role you will need excellent attention to detail and strong relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out sales processes.

Building partnerships with assigned small resellers.

Evaluating lease requests up to the limits defined by the governance and communicating approval or rejection.

Ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.

Supporting Sales Force and interact with resellers/ customers.

Managing complaints and directing them to the relevant team.

Reviewing accurate and ensure completeness of all information and documentation.

Contact with colleagues and/or resellers and/or Customers to collect the missing information/ documentation.

Entering relevant data into management IT systems.

Providing support with the contract settlement process.

Experience and Skills:

A natural rapport builder.

A strong will to win and perseverance.

Strong organisational abilities - including good time management and attention to detail.

Ability to identify sales opportunities.

Attention to detail.

Experience in telephone selling.
