We are looking for a passionate and experienced eCommerce Marketing Manager with a strong background in fashion and expertise in Meta platforms to take the lead on social media and digital marketing strategy. You will have full ownership of our social channels, working closely with the founder and creative team to engage and grow our online community.

Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Use Meta Ads Manager to create, optimize, and analyze paid campaigns, driving traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to create engaging visuals and storytelling content.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, preparing reports to inform strategy improvements.
  • Stay updated on fashion and social media trends, incorporating innovative ideas to keep ahead of the curve.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, giveaways, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Develop Pinterest strategies to boost brand visibility and traffic to website

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Social Media Manager in the fashion industry
  • Expertise in managing Meta platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram growth strategies
  • Proficiency in TikTok marketing and familiarity with Pinterest campaigns
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social platform insights
  • Up-to-date knowledge of fashion and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Organised, creative, and passionate about building a strong brand presence
