Location: Guildford

Our Client, a very Successful Dealer Group, is looking for an Experienced New Car Sales Executive to join their team in the Guildford Area.

Working a 5 Day Week

Base Salary: £20,918 plus commission giving a realistic OTE of £55,000 plus

Applicants will need to have a passion for sales and excellent face-to-face customer care skills. They are looking for someone who is currently a top performer and applicants will be expected to discuss and demonstrate at interview their ability in this area.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential as is a proactive approach and determination to sell cars. Successful applicants must hold a full driving licence and have the right to work in UK.

Duties will include:

  • Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads.
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the New Car range.
  • Informing and advising visitors on the New Car vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information
  • Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers’ vehicle.
  • Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed.
  • Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluate results.
  • Involvement in sales events.
  • Guaranteeing professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).

Opening Hours:

8.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday

9.00 - 17.00 Saturday

10.00 - 16.00 Sunday

Working Pattern:

Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week and alternate Sunday’s on a rota

5 Day working Week

Attendance 42.5 hours per week
