What You’ll Be Doing:
  • 80% existing Account Management 20% new Business
  • Supporting the Area Sales Managers & Sales Office Manager with all internal sales activities.
  • Collaborating with internal and external sales teams to smash targets!
  • Proactively generating new leads, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Visiting customers alongside our External Sales Managers & Directors to develop strong client relationships.
  • Keeping on top of sales administration, including quotations, system updates, and price lists.
  • Monitoring your KPIs & sales targets, with weekly reporting and daily check-ins.
  • Staying ahead of the game with ongoing product, sales, and system training.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in cold calling and business development is a plus!
