Role Overview
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's client base across various sectors. Reporting directly to senior management, you will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets across assigned regions/markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage and grow existing accounts, and generate new leads.
- Drive sales through both direct and channel partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique refrigeration needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with your customer base.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Act as a product expert, understanding and communicating the benefits and features of refrigeration products to clients.
- Travel as necessary to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience in sales within the refrigeration industry. A deep understanding of refrigeration products and solutions is crucial.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, close complex deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver results.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for innovation.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field is desirable but not mandatory.
