Join a growing online retailer based in Guildford, who have a brand new opening to become part of their successful Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Create accurate quotes, manage orders, and follow up with customers.
  • Build rapport with clients, identify key decision-makers, and understand their needs.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on stock availability, competitors, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support trade show events/
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
