Salary: 24,000 + Bonus Scheme (O.T.E)

Join a growing online retailer based in Guildford, who have a brand new opening to become part of their successful Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Create accurate quotes, manage orders, and follow up with customers.
- Build rapport with clients, identify key decision-makers, and understand their needs.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on stock availability, competitors, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support trade show events/
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
