Salary £40K to £45K + in addition a Commission Structure £40K uncapped.

About the Role: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to drive new business acquisition and manage key customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions, engaging with senior stakeholders, and managing complex sales processes. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a track record of securing high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities: Senior Account Manager

  • Secure new business and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Lead complex sales processes, engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Identify and recommend tailored CCaaS/UCaaS solutions (Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, Microsoft).
  • Own and be accountable for sales targets, including gross profit goals and KPIs.
  • Develop high-value proposals and reports to support sales efforts.
  • Drive strategic account growth, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Actively promote the business, looking for new revenue opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience: Senior Account Manager

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions (Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, Microsoft preferred).
  • Proven track record of acquiring new logos with deal values of £500k+ TCV.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in enterprise-level sales.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, ability to multi-task, and work independently.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams and manage internal/external collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must be able to commute to Guildford at least one day per week.
