Graduate Building Physics Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading sustainability consultancy who have provided their environmental expertise to the built environment for 20 years. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their energy team as a Graduate Building Physics Engineer in their offices in Guildford.

Role responsibilities for a Graduate Building Physics Engineer include:

  • Begin to lead on specific elements of construction projects for the project manager
  • Deliver high quality sustainability and energy reports within strict deadlines
  • Be introduced to industry standard software such as IES-VE to carry out energy modelling and analysis
  • Work alongside other members of the team as required to meet company objectives

The ideal Graduate Building Physics Engineer will have:

  • A relevant bachelors or masters within a sustainability, architecture, or engineering discipline
  • A good understanding and passion for the built environment
  • Work experience with a sustainability consultancy within the construction industry would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with industry software such as IES-VE would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
