Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager - Immediately Required.

RCMLtdare partnering with a privately owned, Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands but with projects located towards the south coast and Greater London. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential and leisure sectors to name but a few.

We are looking to speak withexperiencedMechanical Project Managers andMechanical Project Engineerswho would like the opportunity to work on small works Mechanical projects from cradle to grave.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• MEP Installations & ensuring that they are completed to specification and high standards
• Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover
• Reporting into the Mechanical Director on a weekly basis
• Provide estimates for potential tender opportunites.
• Overlooking the project from inception through to handover
• Ensuring that materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP Installation / project
• Managing direct staff and subcontractors

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to have the following

• Previous experience in working for an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience
• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering
• CSCS Card
