We are working closely with a privately owned and established Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company who looking to expand their successful team and recruit for a Water Hygiene Engineer. The successful candidate will be carrying out various L8 compliance duties on Educational, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Facilities Management sites. Our client can offer the tailored further training plans, generous holiday allowance and overtime rates, bonus scheme and recognition rewards.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Woking, Bracknell, Reading, Basingstoke, Windsor, Slough, High Wycombe, Reigate, Epsom, Crawley, Haslemere, Horsham, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Oxford, Witney, Watford, Bicester.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working within an established Water Hygiene / Legionella Management company.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent IT skills, familiar updating onsite logbooks.
" Managing workload efficiently.
The Role:
" Visiting a portfolio of Commercial and Public Sector sites across London and M4 corridor ensuring compliance to L8 guidelines.
" Water Sampling.
" Temperature Monitoring.
" CWST Cleans and Disinfections.
" Flushing of used outlets.
" Showerhead Descales.
" TMV Serving and Failsafe Testing.
" Completing onsite logbooks.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines
Alternative Job titles: Water Hygiene Engineer, Water Hygiene Technician, Environmental Service Technician, Legionella Engineer, Water Hygiene Operative.
