My client, a renowned property consultancy with a strong national reputation, is seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and expanding team in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Building Surveyor to gain invaluable hands-on experience across a diverse project portfolio, all while receiving structured and tailored APC support within a collaborative environment.
The RoleAs an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide range of services, including:
- Party wall matters
- Dilapidations
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Employer's Agent duties
- Schedules of condition
- Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have:
- A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying, or an RICS-accredited degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within a consultancy or private practice.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to completing their APC.
- A self-motivated, eager-to-learn mindset, thriving within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- £30,000 - £36,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
