Building Surveyor needed in Guildford Paying  £300 per day ref 5251983

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • To design, specify and project manage the delivery of repair, maintenance and improvement works to property. This includes all aspects of building contract administration for minor to major works, repairs advice and day-to-day monitoring and progress reporting of projects in progress including assessment of the condition of buildings and associated remedial work.
  • To undertake surveys including preparing the necessary drawings, schedules of work and/or rates, specifications, bills of quantities, schedules of dilapidation, party wall awards, safety plans and all other documentation. This is to ensure that all works and professional services carried out in connection with the survey, repair, maintenance and improvement of property
  • The ideal candidate will have a recognised relevant professional body e.g. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Institute of Building is desirableDegree in a relevant subject or higher-level technical qualification or equivalent experience
