We are seeking experienced and versatile Multi-Trade Operatives to join a leading charity based Housing Association managing their domestic housing stock across the Guildford area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, and basic patch Plastering.
- Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Requirements:
- Core trade background with additional skills in Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, or Plastering.
- Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- At least 2 work references will be required.
- Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.

- Salary: £31,200 per annum

- 28 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays
- An additional 1 day (pro rata) per annum wellbeing day
