This company have developed a revolutionary service, which is shaping the future of the sector in which they operate, allowing them to be a market leader and highly successful.This role is vital to the everyday operations of the business, ensuring assigned accounts are optimised and that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of priorities. The position holder will be building up a vast knowledge of the service provided by the business and spearheading resolutions for any queries that crop up in a proactive and effective manner. Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
  • Demonstrate new products and features for clients that align with their needs
  • Be the main point of contact for any queries raised by clients and look to find resolutions, utilising tools such as the telephone and other customer support software
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that maximum impact is achieved when introducing them to the service
  • Build a solid knowledge of the service and systems in order to support client understanding
  • Conducting tailored training sessions orientated to the clients needs to equip them with the appropriate knowledge of the platform
What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience that is relevant to client relationship and account management within a B2B context. Additional strong proficiency using CRM systems and data management tools is also essential for this role. You would be a diligent and approachable person, with strong communication skills which will allow you to build meaningful relationships with existing and potential clients. Good IT skills would be valuable as well as the ability to learn and comprehend a new computer system, as this will be at the centre of the role.
