Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team for a period of 5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based work and is comfortable updating databases.
Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to clients to assess their interest in booking appointments.
- Updating and maintaining accurate client data on the database.
- Engaging with clients and prospects on LinkedIn.
- Sending out sales information and follow-ups as required.
Customer Service Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Confident using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Ability to work well within a team in a supportive and friendly environment.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to work in a welcoming and collaborative team.
