HP4 Recruitmentare currently looking for aPanel Beaterto join a LargeAccident repair centrein the Guildfordarea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision panel beating, including dent removal, scratch repair, and panel replacement, on a variety of luxury vehicles.
  • Work with a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless results and seamless integration with the vehicle's original design.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art tools, equipment, and techniques to achieve the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced workshop environment to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.

About You

  • Proven experience as a panel beater, preferably in a luxury automotive repair setting.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of panel beating, including metal shaping, welding, and finishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver's license, ideally with a clean driving record.
