Our client a highly successful technology focused business and they are looking to recruit Business Development Executive to join their team in Guildford.They are looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Business Development Executive who will play a key part in driving their growth by connecting with potential customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to exciting new business wins.

What you'll do:

  • Build the Sales Pipeline: Proactively generate leads, identify high-potential customers, and expand their sales pipeline
  • Target Key Industries: Engage with professionals in industries like Facilities Management, Energy & Renewables, and Property Development to unlock new opportunities
  • Sell Solutions: Use a consultative, solution-based approach to deliver tailored smart technology solutions that solve real client problems
  • Close Deals: Take ownership of the entire sales process, turning leads into loyal customers

What you’ll bring:

They need someone with a genuine passion for sales, a knack for strategic thinking, and an eagerness to grow. While experience is great, they are more interested in your attitude, adaptability, and potential.

  • A UK Driver’s Licence: This role involves frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll need to connect with a variety of stakeholders, and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and driving influence at all levels
  • Sales Savvy: Any experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a bonus
  • Adaptability & Drive: Resourceful, proactive, and ready to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
